  • In rare cases where payment is received but the item is unavailable, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier service issues, or national holidays, for which Ramkda cannot be held responsible.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect details.

7. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

We want you to love every Ramkda product!

  • Returns or replacements are accepted for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ramkda.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method once the returned product is inspected.

  • Order cancellations are only accepted if the item hasn’t yet been shipped.

(Note: We currently do not accept returns for reasons like “change of mind” as each toy is custom-packed for hygiene and quality reasons.)

8. Bulk / Wholesale Orders

Ramkda also accepts bulk and wholesale inquiries.
Separate terms, pricing, and fulfillment timelines apply for such orders.

9. Pricing Policy

All prices on Ramkda.com are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
