  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your order within 5–7 business days across most locations in India.
Delivery times may vary slightly based on your city, courier availability, or external factors like weather and public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on most prepaid orders above a certain order value (as displayed at checkout).

  • For smaller or COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a minimal shipping or COD fee may apply and will be visible before final payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
You can use that link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

  • National holidays or extreme weather

In such cases, our team will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ramkda.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll investigate immediately and offer a suitable replacement or resolution.
