Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

At Ramkda, we understand that sometimes plans change.
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched — whichever comes first.

  • To cancel an order, please email us at hello@ramkda.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Once an order is dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is considered confirmed and in transit.
In such cases:

  • The order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • You may refer to our Refund & Return Policy if your product arrives damaged or defective.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before shipment by contacting our team via email or WhatsApp.

  • Please avoid refusing delivery at the doorstep, as such actions may affect your eligibility for future COD orders with Ramkda.

4. Refund Timeline (for Approved Cancellations)

  • If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, refunds will be initiated within 2–4 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

5. Order Modifications

If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change product, quantity, or address):

  • Please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, modifications cannot be made.

6. Ramkda’s Right to Cancel

Ramkda reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued

  • Payment not completed or verified

  • Invalid or incomplete address details

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected

In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
