1. Our Promise

At Ramkda, every product is made with care to ensure safety, learning, and happiness for your little ones.
We hope you’ll love our toys — but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

This Refund & Return Policy outlines when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund for your order.

2. Return Window

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is missing parts or not as described on our website.

After 7 days from delivery, we will not be able to accept return or refund requests.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).

  • Items showing signs of use, damage caused by mishandling, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ramkda.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • A photo or short video clearly showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and provide step-by-step return instructions.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item:

  • Our QC (Quality Check) team will inspect the product.

  • If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • If the returned product doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to you.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used toys or puzzles

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear

8. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

  • If cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

9. Damaged or Wrong Product on Delivery

If you receive a product that’s broken, damaged, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
